Services
- Library Tours— Walking tours familiarize students with the library facility and its resources and services. These tours typically provide a general orientation; however, librarians are happy to cater their presentations to a group’s particular needs or interests.
- Library Instruction— Library instruction sessions, usually scheduled by a faculty member as part of a regular class period, provide students with an overview of how to find, use, and evaluate information. Librarians work with every instructor to craft these presentations for a particular assignment or purpose. During these sessions, librarians introduce common search strategies and popular library resources that will help meet even the most demanding research needs.
